Sony launches new Vaio Y Series notebook, the VPCYA19FJ

Sony is launching a new 11.6″ notebook in Vaio Y Series line-up, the VPCYA19FJ. Behind this slightly unpalatable names hides a marvel of technology and design. Definitely not a netbook, the VPCYA19FJ packs all the hardware punch of a regular-sized laptop in a compact, portable, elegant 11.6″ black shell.
It comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64, Core i3-380UM (1.33GHz) CPU, chiclet keyboard 11.6-inch widescreen WXGA (1366×768 resolution) VAIO display, 2GB (2GB × 1) of RAM, 320GB hard drive, Intel ® HD graphics card, W-LAN (BGN), webcam, Bluetooth, Vaio Care and Office Home and Business 2010 preloaded. It weights 1.46kg and has a battery life of up to 6 hours.
Expected price: Around 110 000 yen or 980 euros.
