A credit card for the blind?

This device is a new credit card concept from Yanko designs, designed to help the visually impaired and the blind to make purchases. Using fingerprint recognition to identify the user, the device then displays information in braille such as prices and items, etc… An inbuilt speaker also describes the transactions.
Wonder why nobody thought of this before?
