ASRock Announces New High-end SFF Kit in Japan

Unistar Inc, Japanese reseller of ASRock, QNAP, and Foxconn motherboards and other computer equipment, has announced the availability of ASRock’s new Vision 3D mini PC in Japan. Positioned for DIYers, this high-end small-form-factor PC lacks RAM, a hard drive, or an operating system, instead providing an Intel i5-560 CPU, a NVIDIA GeForce GT425M GPU, an HDMI 1.4a port, DVI-I, three USB 3.0 and five USB 2.0 ports, THX TruStudio PRO audio and 7.1-channel surround sound, 802.11n, a media center remote, a four-card card reader (SD, MMC, MS, MS Pro), and a slot-loading optical Blu-ray combo drive. The computer supports all versions of Windows 7 and Vista, has two SO-DIMM DDR3 slots (with support for up to 8GB), and a 2.5-inch hard drive bay. This computer will go on sale on the 12th of this month.
