Full HD and HDMI from byD:sign

First of all, let me thank kalahaan, regular reader of Akihabara News, for showing me this news and spoiling my weekend! This is THE TV I was waiting for from byD:sign, and it’s presented a week too late. The Japanese company byD:sign offers good gear at bargain prices, and here is their 42″ LCD TV, Full HD (1920×1080), with HDMI and D4 connector, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 600cd/m2. It will be sold for a ridiculous 1840 EUR… which is 290 EUR less than the Sharp Aquos 37GE2 I will get next week… thanks kalahaan, thanks a lot!

Has there been any review of how this set performs? If so, would appreciate information on where the review can be found. Assume this will be the same TV sold in the US market under the name Eyefi.

    Thanks
