From Jiangsu Province, on the coast of China, comes news of a man who got stuck with his arm down a toilet bowl, trying to retrieve a cell phone that went in first. Emergency services tried to pull him out but ended up having to destroy the bowl; his arm was fine (and was seen on national TV being washed in a sink afterward) but his cell phone suffered from the same fate my iPhone did last year when I accidentally jumped in a pool without checking my pockets.
