Sony new HT-FS3 2.1Ch Home Theater system comes with Virtual Surround

Sony just announced this morning in Japan the HT-FS3; a 2.1Ch Home Theater System with 3 HDMI input Bravia Link Built-In AM/FM Tuner and Sony’s S-Force Pro Virtual Surround and S-Master Digital Amplifier.
The HT-FS3 comes with a 400W total output (200W + 100Wx2), and unfortunately no support of 3D Video and Audio.
