Behold the new Toshiba REGZA Phone IS04, the Sharp IS05 and the Pantech SIRIUSα IS06, all running on Android 2.X and schedule to hit Japan around December or January

REGZA Phone IS04 (See Gallery)

Toshiba’s first Android smartphone for the Japanese market. Coming in a slick and stylish design, similar to the Xperia, the IS04 features a nice 4” screen with a 854×480 resolution, a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, a 1Seg TV Tuner, microSDHC slot, a 12.19Mpix Camera module, WI-Fi, Bluetooth and KDDI new WIN HIGH SPEED data connection with a data speed of 9.2Mbps (Download) + 5.5Mbps (Upload) and a Waterproof casing. The IS04 will be available around January 2011 with Android 2.1.

Sharp IS05 (See Gallery)

Running Android 2.2, the IS05 from Sharp comes with a 8Mpix Camera module with AF, the ability to shoot 720p video, a 3.4” screen with a 854×480 resolution, microsSDHC, a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, 1Seg TV Tuner, WiFi and Bluetooth.

Pantech SIRIUSα IS06 (See Gallery)

Another Android 2.2 smartphone with this time a 3.4” screen (800×480) running KDDI new WIN HIGH SPEED data connection with a data speed of 9.2Mbps (Download) + 5.5Mbps (Upload) , featuring a 1Seg TV Tuner, microSDHC slot and a 5Mpix with AF camera. This model will also be available in Japan within this December.
