Glasses-Free TVs Wont Make Their Way Into Homes Anytime Soon

Glasses-Free TVs Wont Make Their Way Into Homes Anytime Soon

Love it or hate it, movie goers are divided on whether 3D cinema is an improvement over regular movie viewing or not. A lot of the debate has to do with the technology required to view in 3D. With 3D glasses, a lot of viewers still can’t enjoy a 3D movie, and many find the experience annoying. The recent buzz around glasses-free 3D technology has gotten many people talking, however, it may still be a while until the new displays are widespread. A representative from Samsung has even suggested that it may be another five to ten years before glasses-free 3D TVs become mainstream. I wont be holding my breath.

Nothing wrong with glasses imho. Except for the ones that contain batteries or have a cable or flicker or just look stupid. Oh, and it should not be dark like sunglasses.
