Sold at around 430,000 Yen (3760€) in its most powerful configuration, PC-Koubou Lesance GSN801GAW is a dead ugly notebook, but under the ugliness you will found a really powerful PC capable to handle pretty much any games without much problems.

Indeed, the Lesance GSN801GAW comes with an Intel Core i7 940XM Extreme Edition four core CPU, 8GB of DDR3 1333 SAM, 160GB of SSD (MLC) X25-M installed in RAID 0 for the OS and 500GB of HDD for Data, the choice between a GeForce GTX 480M with 2GB of VRAM or two Mobility Radeon HD5870 in CrossFire, a Blu-Ray burner and a nice 18.4” Full HD Monitor.

I’m always torn between wanting a sleek and svelte, reasonably-sized, reasonably-capable notebook… or a big, heavy, ugly, power-hungry dominator of a notebook. Usually the latter is what tickles me.
