NEW Apple iPad Stand & Stereo – from SMK

When the iPad was released, it defied a lot of conceptions about personal computing. Not quite a PC or a regular handheld device, the iPad didn’t have an appropriate place on a desk or in a pocket. SMK seeks to resolve the iPad’s refugee status with the release of their new iPad stand and stereo unit, the PadDock 10. The PadDock 10 tilts and rotates to any angle and is set up to sync or charge your iPad. While the biggest selling point of this stand is definitely not its looks, the dock is equipped with an incredible speaker system, supplying room filling sound delivered through custom oval speakers, an energy efficient class-D stereo amplifier and passive radiator for extended bass frequencies. It goes on sale next month and will sell for an affordable $100.
