Electric Bicycles for Art Festival Visitors

Teshima, a 14.4 square km Kagawa prefecture island with a population of just over 1,000, sees tourists and visitors spike in the late summer with its hosting of an art festival held once every three years since 2000. To combat the traffic and pollution problem that those tourists bring to the idyllic island, Sanyo Electric supplied forty Eneloop Bicycles for visitors to rent during their stay on the island.

Just wondering, but would you mind identifying exactly where you found this information: “held once every three years since 2000″ Is it at setouchi-artfest.jp? I thought the festival this year was the first of its kind. The Teshima Art Museum, for example, is brand new this year. Thank you.
