New Nintendo Wii LEGO remote

New Nintendo Wii LEGO remote

Toys “R” Us in the United States are currently accepting preorders for these colorful Nintendo Wii LEGO remotes! It’s unfortunately not entirely made of LEGO blocks, but has those LEGO bumps (what are those called, by the way?) bracketing the buttons on the top face, as well as a strip of LEGO butts (not the actual name)on the yellow battery cover. 40 USD on the Toys “R” Us website, which – unfortunately – only ships within the US (and territories).

The Lego fans generally call the lego bumps “studs”.

I had seen in an article on the Lego website once, that Lego uses another term for these bumps, but given “studs” is so widely used around the fanbase, it’s hard to remember what Lego calls them. XD

in the LEGO Group we also use the term “knobs”.
