50″ plasma TV for less than 2500 EUR
Category: Image - Tags:
byd:Sign presents this new 50″ plasma TV for less than 2500 EUR, so it really looks like a bargain… hat is worry me the most is that this 50″ TV is not Full HD at all But it does offer a very resonable 1366×768, a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a brightness of 1000cd/m2. It has an HDMI port and the Genesis microchip too.

Full HD, no. (requires 1920×180i/p). HD? Yes. It converts any HD signal to its native resolution of 768p. 1280×720 is one of the HD spec resolutions, and this display clearly exceeds this. In any case, the advantages of Full HD are pretty hard to discern on displays 50" and smaller. 1080p source material, on the other hand, is better on just about any resolution display due to the superior gray-scale/color processing (the more colors to choose from, the better).
Thanks
Actually steven didn’t translated correctly the frnech to the English on this one… I am asking him so much
It is definitively not a FULL HD product, it is at least what they call a HD Ready . In the French section I wrote that this product seems to be a good deal but in fact most people will be confused by the HD Ready stuff…
Anyway thank you for comment I am going to rewrite the news
