First of all we would like to thanks our goods friends over at Ubergizmo, who were kind enough to lend us their TDK flexible display pictures. We actually had some technical difficulties on TDK booth and were not capable to salvage any of our shots taken there, anyway, thanks again guys!
This said, TDK introduced this year at CEATEC, some of their latest OLED displays that unlike previous generation are now flexible and can be used on almost any surfaces including bracelets of course.
These OLED display are as thin as 0.3mm or less, with a weight around 1.11g for the color one and just about 0.96g for the monochrome ones, achievement only made capable thanks to the usage of resin substrate, lighter and thinner than previous models using glass substrate. These panels comes with a 256×64 pixel resolution on a 3.5” size.
