Being a major player in Japan we were hoping to be amazed by Panasonic Booth, but nothing really stand out of the extraordinary, or not too many things.
Lumix Phone (Photo Gallery)
Announced earlier, the Lumix Phone made its first apparition at CEATEC 2010, and while nothing news as been unveiled, we now know that this Lumix phones will be a Japanese centric device made in Japan for Japanese people with the usual unappealing Japanese mobile phone design and horrible Japanese home made OS.
Schedule to hit Japan in March 2011, we still have hope that Panasonic will recognize its mistake and jump into the sexier world of Android.
Lumix GH2 (Photo Gallery)
Announced just a couple of weeks ago in Japan, the GH2 was of course available on Panasonic Booth, and lord this baby is sexy. Also announced last week, the 3D lens for the GH2 was available for us to test at CEATEC. Anyway stay tune for our upcoming review on the GH2.
Panasonic New Internet Service for TV (Photo Gallery)
Google just announced its Google TV and it is not surprising that companies like Panasonic are trying to offer their very own competitor to this new service by Google. Not much information on this yet, but the idea here is to propose dedicated Internet content VOD, and other Web services on your TV.
DIY 3D Video conferencing (Photo Gallery)
Here you are an interesting and quick way for you to build cheap but stunning 3D Video-conference. Thanks to Panasonic new compact Camcorder, their HDC-TM750/SDT750 plug to a PC and a 3DTV, Panasonic was capable to offer an interesting, yet dead simple 3D Video Conference solution.
Blu-Ray Diga Prototype (Photo Gallery)
Another interesting prototype from Panasonic was its ultra compact and stylish Diga Blu-Ray DVR coming with an Internal HDD. No information has been yet made public, but Panasonic hope to offer this stylish ultra compact DVR / ODR soon.
iPhone Compatible Digital Photo Frame Prototype (Photo Gallery)
Another prototype with very few information this product is in fact Panasonic latest MW-20 announced earlier in the US, the idea here is to offer a stylish10” Digital Photo Frame with an iPod and iPhone Cradle allowing you to access to your Photo, Music and Video content stored on your iPhone and display them on your 10” Digital Photo frame.
