The iPhone is the predecessor to the iPhone 3G. Such assumptions would be wrong for T-Mobile’s myTouch, whose predecessor is the myTouch 3G (which, by the way, also served as Docomo’s Android debut, the HT-03A). That bit of confusory comes from this new phone, another HTC creation, with a 5-megapixel HD camera and another front-facing camera, for video calls (over both wifi and 3G, as if that surprises anybody – oh wait). It’ll have support for T-Mobile’s 4G HSPA+ network, running Android 2.2 on a 1GHz MSM8255 Snapdragon processor. It’ll be available for a TBA pricing, “in time for the holidays.”
