McDonald’s Toy with Superpowers

I’ve not looked at a McDonald’s Happy Meal toy in Japan in over twenty years, and I’m sure they’re just as boring in the US, where the fast-food chain is from.
There’s a little piece of offbeat news making the rounds now, about a toy that was sold in McDonald’s stores in Japan and Taiwan. Based on a character from an anime named after the logo on the forehead of the main character, this toy was supposed to be able to do a complete backflip – a feat which, being a McDonald’s toy, it failed at.
What it doesn’t fail at, however, is balancing things on its head. It can balance anything on its head, as painstakingly (and humorously, especially the more you scroll downwards) detailed by UK-born Hong Kong resident and blogger Quentin Lau in his September 6 post.
