So we had that 30GB HDD camcorder already, and here are 2 camcorders from Sony that use 12cm DVD discs, the DCR-DVD505 and the DCR-DVD405. The difference is that the 505 has a new CMOS, the Clear Bit CMOS. It’s combined with a 2.1MP sensor. The 405 has a traditional CCD sensor of 3.31MP with more pixels, but it should provide less crispy videos than the high end 505.
