Samsung’s General Manager for Ireland, Gary Twohig, confirmed that the Galaxy Tab, the Korean company’s seven-inch Android tablet, will be available on all carriers in Ireland in late October. Product executive Hankil Yoon had said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that the Tab will be priced between 200 to 300 EUR, although Twohig notes that pricing will be left up to the carriers themselves.

Also announced was a ten-inch Galaxy Tab, to be launched in the first half of 2011.
