2 new digital recorders from Toshiba

Toshiba has just unveiled the RD-XV81 and XS48, 2 hybrid video recorders. The XV81 is particular in the sense that it’s a VHS player, a DVD burner and it also has a 250Gb HDD and Hi-Vision compatible (the Japanese version of HD, it’s D1/2/3/4 compatible). The XS48 does not have the Hi-Vision tuner or the VHS, but it does have a 300GB HDD.
