XC Cuber EU482 HDTV Ready

Aopen presents the XC Cuber EU482 in Japan, which has a native D4 Out port and supports HD Audio too.

D4 might not ring a lot of bells, but you have to know that before HD TV and HD Video hit your eyes, Japan was already into HD for 5 or 6 years. To use it, we used a propietary connector available in 4 versions: D1, D2, D3 and D4. Everything needs to be changed now because in order to enjoy HD, you need an HDMI nowadays.
Here’s the info on the D’s in Japan:

* Japanese D1 video – 525i (480i).
* Japanese D2 video – 525p (480p).
* Japanese D3 video – 1125i (1080i/1035i).
* Japanese D4 video – 750p (720p).

So Aopen presents the XC Cuber on the Japanese market with a native D4 connector (720p) and it also supports Athlon 64, X2 and Sempron CPU’s.
