5 new desktops from Sony

And not 1 or 2, but 5 new desktops from Sony…

Let’s start with the Vaio Type M, that is available in 3 pastel colours (pink, blue and white). It offers a 2.8Ghz Celeron CPU, a 15.4″ screen (1280×800), a 300GB HDD, a SiS661FX graphics card and a DVD +-DL burner.

The Sony Type V is available with a 17″ or 20″ screen (resolution is 1366×76 and these machines are compatible with Sony’s Living Room and you even can get a Digital BS and CS Satellite TV tuner card. Other specs are: Pentium 4 640(3.20GHz) CPU, 1GB of RAM, 2 HDD’s of 250GB, a Radeon X700 video card with 256MB of VRAM, 2 analog TV tuners (on top of the digital one) and a DVD+-DL burner.

The Vaio Type H have, just like the V, 2 analog TV tuners and a digital TV tuner that is HDTV compatible, but the other specs are: Pentium D820(2.80GHz) CPU, 17″ or 20″ screen with a 1680×1050 (WSXGA+) resolution, 945G Express graphics card, 1GB of RAM, 400GB HDD and a DVD-DL burner.


And finally the Type R with its Pentium D920(2.80GHz) CPU, 2 200GB HDD’s in RAID 0, 1GB of RAM, a GeForce 6600 with 256MB and 2 analog TV tuners.
