I think it is an iPad with the iPhone4 features that Apple reserved for the iPad2!
- Dual cameras x one external camera you must buy,
- Keyboard with easier big keys in a smaller cute screen,
- 16×9 screen instead of 4×3, better to showing even .mkv HD videos,
- Additional memory miniSD slot,
- Flash Player 10.1,
- more additions I can’t remember right now…

I like that it has Wifi on the A band, not just B/G. As Steve Jobs noticed at his latest iPhone keynote, the B/G band can get pretty congested.

And I’m hoping the 3MP camera means they went for quality over quantity of pixels. It looks like a nice little device to me.
