Toshiba to launch new Pocket HD Camcorder

Toshiba is exhibiting new Pocket HD Camcorder at IFA 2010 with the Camileo S30 and Camileo P20. Like most of Pocket HD Camera available on the market, our new devices can capture Full 1920x1080p HD video (30fps). They comes with adjustable 3’’ touch sensitive display, a 10x digital zoom, as well as SD / SDHC / SDXC card slot (compatible with 64GB card). Boths model comes with a YouTube and Picas upload software.
The Camileo S30 has been made for those who are looking for adventure. With a slim body (19mm thin), you will be able to bring tour Camileo S30 anywhere. It can take pictures (8Mpix sensor), and according to the Japanese manufacture it can adjust instantly the exposure levels, and optimize performance depending on the condition you are.
Regarding the Camileo P20 has been designed for fun and to capture spontaneous action. With a slim and pistol shaped body, this P20 allow the user to take pictures with it 5Mpix sensor.
Lastly, the Camileo S30 will be available on January 2011 for 139.99£, while the Camileo P20 has been announced for October 2010 (119.99£)
Both models offer impressive versatility, with a 10x digital zoom that enables users to reach distant subjects and digital image stabilisation for improved clarity. SD card compatibility up to 64GB offers additional flexibility to swap cards as required and transfer footage to a personal computer, ensuring that high quality video and images are ready to be shared in seconds.
Camileo S30 – Always ready for adventure
Perfect for style-conscious users, thanks to its incredibly slim body, the Camileo S30 is the ideal take-anywhere camcorder. Despite being only 19mm thin, its advanced features provide excellent quality full HD performance, 8MP still photos, video stabilisation and a
touch-sensitive menu system offering quality, reduced shake and ease-of-use. Whether filming people or places, at night or in bright sunshine, the Camileo S30 also instantly adapts exposure levels, optimising performance for the conditions so you always get the best results. Camileo P20 – Designed for fun
The Camileo P20 makes it easy to capture spontaneous action while on the move. Whether travelling or simply socialising with friends, the Camileo P20 is slim and light enough to take everywhere, offering a highly compact and pocket-friendly pistol-grip design. In addition to video, users can also capture 5MP photographs, making it easy to capture the perfect shot – all in one device.
Both models feature dedicated YouTubeTM and Picasa upload software, allowing users to upload video or images to their online profiles and share with friends and family without hassle. In addition, both the Camileo S30 and Camileo P20 support SD cards up to 64GB, providing ample space for recording high definition video and fast transfer between camcorder and personal computer.
The Camileo S30 will be available from January 2011 for £139.99. The Camileo P20 will be available from October 2010 for £119.99.
