0.3mm thick flexible battery

NEC has just announced a battery that measures 0.3mm in thickness, it’s also flexible and can be recharged in 30 seconds. This is a product that can change A LOT of things and that will give the designers and engineers a lot more liberty. Let’s take the following example: this type of battery can be easily integrated into the bracelet of a watch instead of the housing of the watch itself, rendering new designs possible.
