With a single wire (i.e. one single strip or strand of conductive material) you are not realistically going to be able to transfer either power or data from A to B.  You could use one wire with ground return (effectively a second wire, and not practical unless you&#039;re driving an electric train or something) or you could use no wires and transfer information and power through induction, but one single wire?  Are you going to transfer static charge back and forth or what?]]></description>
