New FOMA phone SH902i

DoCoMo and Sharp present a new 3G phone in the FOMA range, the SH902i. It has a 2.4″ ASV (Advanced Super View) screen that cannot be read from the side, so you have to be in front of the screen to read it. This is mainly to protect your privacy when reading emails for example. In Japan people are still quite ok, but let me tell you that in china for example, your fellow commuters sometimes hang in front of your face when you’re using a phone, PDA or magazine, just to see what you’re doing/viewing.

Other than that privacy filter, you also get the usual digital camera features like a 3.16MP resolution and AutoFocus, as well as a NetFront web browser and a MiniSD slot that can read cards up to 1GB.
