Microsoft will Bring more than 50 Xbox LIVE games for Windows Phone 7.

Not yet available Windows Mobile Phone 7 is already everywhere, and this morning, in Germany for the Gamescom 2010, Microsoft unveils a bit more about the ties between the Xbox and Windows Phone 7…
Simply put, Microsoft is not only going to offer your the possibility to connect your Windows Phone 7 to your Xbox account, but also to enhanced your Xbox experience even on the Go, with unique mobile gaming experiences :
- Games : Microsoft will start Windows Phone 7 with none the less than 50 new titles including Assassins Creed, Guitar Hero 5, Halo Waypoint, Splinter Cell Conviction, Star Wars and even Crackdown 2: Project Sunburst.
- Bring your 3D Avatars and its cloth with you… Yeah nothing really exciting here, but it seems that people love this kind of stuff
- Get quick access to any games, anywhere. With a single Marketplace access you will be able to find, try and purchase games in a record time. It is also important to notice that Microsoft will let you purchase games with real $ and not the usual MS Points that we all loved to hate.
- Achievements will also goes mobile, and you will be able to view, track or win new achievements directly form your Windows Phone 7
S- end and received direct message from your Windows Phone 7 to any of your XBOX Live friends.
- Finally, some games will be available in Co-op or multiplayer mode, you will be able from your phone to invite friends to a party or join any of your friends already playing online.
All of these are “interesting” and may appeal to many, but the question is now, will MS be able to keep it up? Zune was not really a success despite the fact that the Zune HD was a quite capable DAP, but maybe, just maybe if Microsoft Start listening to its customers, and start creating a unique devices capable to offer a great gaming experience with a Zune Like experience and a nonetheless great Web Experience, well, maybe, MS will be capable to get the attention that they are desperately looking for. Personally, and if I have my doubts, I known that MS still has the potential to do something great, so let’s see if they will did it right this time.
