New Shock Proof HDD’s via USB, FireWire and SATA

Logitec Japan will release external HDD’s with disc capacities from 160 to 500GB that connect via USB2 and FireWire (so not SATA), and of which the cases are shock proof. they also have an integrated HDD cooling system. Looks like a real nice, but the price isn’t: 435 EUR for the USB2 & FireWire 500GB version… ouch!

And this is the same device but then SATA with a capacity between 320 and 800GB. The largest version will cost 700 EUR though.
