Sold at just 9,999 Yen, the DN-PHVC626, is a small PCI-E Video Capture Card supporting 1080i max with an HDMI input, but also support Component, S-Video and RCA, capable to record video in WMV, MPEG-1 or MPEG-2.

This little “No Name” card comes with Honest Technology DVR 2.5 video recording software and will be perfect for people looking for a cheap way to record HD Video from their Camcorder or from their Gaming console for example.
