Mouse Computer, the gamer’s PC?

You alsways have to be careful when a discount PC brand offers a gaming PC, because the demands for some serious gaming are huge. Let’s look at their Master Piece V9000i:

Pentium Extreme Edition 840, 2GB of DDR2, 500 GB of SATA HDD, DVD+DL, nVidia GeForce 7800GT with 256MB of memory, SB X-Fi Digital Audio board, XP Pro, … for 2600 EUR. So, gaming friends, is this a good price for this configuration? I’d say that for some Word and Excel, it’s barely enough…

Not exactly very expensive for a top gaming rig, pop over to alienware and see some of the crazy prices you can come up with.
Oh and not to forget an equally expensive but practically useless Apple PowerMac can set you back just as much.

Oh not to forget Dell are getting into the act with unreal priced gaming rigs with their XPS range
