Toshiba TS10 available in Taiwan

Is Taiwan where recycled Japanese phones are shipped to? We’re starting to think that the answer to that question is yes, because this is not the first time that we find an old Japanese phone on sale in Taiwan like a novelty! These 2 phones, the TS10, were sold in Japan by Vodafone and one has a cermaic white shell and the other one is painted in aluminium grey. In Taiwan they’re 2G GSM, and only the interior is different, on the outside they’re exactly the same as the Japanese versions (except for the control screen on the outise, the Japanese version had a colour screen and in Taiwan, it’s monochrome). Interesting though is that in Taiwan, you can get the same shells as in Taiwan, even the cheese and bull designs. The Japanese version that was/is called nudio V602t was a 2G phone without a SIM card (as all other 2G phones in Japan), and the Taiwanese version called TS10 does operate with a SIM card (inserted underneath the screen).
