One of the pictures shows that this phone uses a sim card…could this phone potentially be used in the USA? Is it unlocked?

What cellular voice bands does it cover (900/850/1900mhz/etc)?

If anyone has any information it would help greatly. Awesome review, really love this clamshell formfactor!
