Canopus, the leading manufacturer of everything related to video, presents this pocketable (61×13x32mm for 24g) TV tuner with Mpeg2 recording functionality. It seems that it requires at least a Pentium M 1.2Ghz though. Available in Japan from mid-December onwards.
