No need for us to introduce you to Spring latest Android Based e-Book reader the “Alex”, however if you are leaving in Japan you may be glad to hear that Spring as now a Japanese Office and the company is planning to resell this product across Japan at a price targeted below 30,000 Yen.

Less sexy than an iPad for sure but also sold at half of the iPad price, Alex could be a nice little device if you are only interested in reading e-Books.
