SandgateVP, the WM5 phone for Skype

A Japanese company called Sophia System is going to release a phone running on WM5 (Windows Mobile 5 or Windows CE 5) and it’s a Wireless LAN/PHS hybrid device.

A brief look at the specs tells us this: PXA270 520MHz CPU, 64Mb of SDRAM, 128Mb of Flash ROM, 0.3MP camera, Wireless b/g, 2.2″ QVGA screen, mini USB port (client), CF Type 2 slot and a MiniSD slot.
