During their press conference, KDDI were also introducing some pure mobile phone concept with the Botanica phone and the PixCell via PRISMOID Concept.

The PixCell via PRISMOID Concept has been design by Kohei Nawa, a Japanese Sculpto / Designer who use to cover objects surface with transparent glass beads of various size suggesting a molecular structure but also referencing the pixel of a computer display.
That gives us two electronic devices, with a mobile phone, as well as a portable TV both covered by different glass beads.

Regarding the Botanica Concept, as its name suggest is a combination between a mobile phone and the colorful nature.

However, KDDI isn’t sure if these concepts will be released one day. And, we have to admit that we cannot imagine who could be use this kind of crazy concept phone
