As part of the ANA x Gundam Sky Project, collaboration of ANA, Sotsu and Sunrise in conjunction with the 30th Anniversary of the anime Gundam, All Nippon Airways (ANA) will start the flight of a Gundam-decorated Boeing 777-300 jumbo jet from Tokyo Haneda Airport (1 p.m.) to Osaka Itami Airport on July 16. Accordingly, there will be a Gundam head depiction on the left side of the plane with the text reading ANA x GUNDAM, while on the right side there will be a a life-size depiction of Gundam lying down. “ANA x Gundam Jet” will continue the flights until March 31, 2011. What’s more, the passengers on the first flight will receive a special certificate for their exclusive experience.

In addition, people who fly a domestic ANA flight from July 1 to August 31 will have the chance to buy an ANA original color version of the High Grade 1/144 Gundam G30th plastic model kit for ¥3,000, whereas those who fly any ANA flight (domestic or international) from July 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011 can buy an ANA original color version of the 1/48 Mega-Size Model Gundam for ¥8,500.
