Level-5 & Studio Ghibli tie-up RPG “The Another World” to come to PS3

Ni No Kuni

As you may know, Level-5 is a Japan-based video game developer and is known for such popular Nintendo titles as Professor Layton, and Dragon Quest IX or PS3 titles such as White Knight Chronicles. It has been more than a year since they announced their tie-up with Studio Ghibli Animation Studios (Kiki’s Delivery Service, My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away…) for the RPG “Ni no Kuni: The Another World” for Nintendo DS  also stating that there would be a game console version as well.

According to the Japanese publisher Famitsu, that game console will be PS3 with Move support. It will look like a Ghibli animation and will come with a 4 gigabit cartridge as well as a hardbound book that the players will need to use.

There is given no details as to the release date of the RPG for PS3 but the release time of DS version has been postponed to this Fall in Japan.
