Today’s Video is a bit special and has in fact no relevance whatsoever with Tokyo or Japan, nope, in fact, and has you may have seen, I was away for the last couple of weeks in Spain for vacations.
While I arrived yesterday morning (7h40 AM) at Narita, I was not strong enough to fight Jet-lag, and decided that I would instead of showing you today a bit of Japan, I would instead share with you some shot I made during my holidays.

So today we will enjoy some clips I took around Vigo (Galicia), and in particular in Panxon and Playa Samil. Even if Vigo is a quite well-known place in Spain, this nice town it far to be popular among foreign tourist, and I must admit that I would like to keep it this way… By an interesting twist of faith, I discovered Vigo thanks to my parent’s Spanish friends who are living there. The first time I visited Vigo was 15 years ago during one of my many surf trip.
Just a few minutes away from Portugal, Vigo (Patos, Panxon…) and Baiona are truly magnificent places with stunning beaches. With a unique architecture, most churches and houses are made with granite, Vigo and its area is really unique. Climb –up into the hills in direction of Portugal and you will enjoy its eucalyptus forest, go down to Baiona and you will have the chance to see Christopher Columbus Pinta boat (replica). It is in fact in Baiona that Christopher Columbus and its team-mate disembarked for the first time from their trip back from America.

As far as food is concerned, well, Vigo, and Galicia in general is not what you may expect from spain, actually, Paella is definitively not their kind of food, but they however enjoy “Cocido Gallego” (picture above) as well as Tapas… Anyway, let’s stop talking for a minute and let’s enjoy 10 minutes of Playa Samil and Panxon.
