They both feature AMD’s Athlon II X2 P320 (2.1GHz) dual-core processor, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 integrated graphics, 4GB DDR3 memory (max.8GB), 4 USB 2.0 ports, HDMI , Wi-Fi b/g/n, Blu-ray disc support and pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit . The first has a 320GB (5400 rpm) of HDD and you can buy it on internet for as low as about $650 whereas the latter has a 500GB (5400 rpm) of HDD and can be purchased for about $720.
