Thanko introduced today a new 2Mpix video surveillance web camera, the USVRGVCA. According to the Japanese manufacturer, it can be turned on automatically if the ambient noise exceeds 65 decibels in order to monitor your car parked in the garage. Featuring an USB port, you can also use it as standard webcamera for basic video conference usage.

It shoot video in VGA resolution (640 x 480) at 30fps, and features a 2Megapixel CMOS sensor, an USB 2.0 port, a 200mAh battery (with a life span of 80 minutes in video), a microSD card slot (Up to 16GB), a YouTube function and can record in AVI for videos, and in WAVE for the audio Part.

This Video Surveillance camera is available in Japan, and on Geekstuff4U.com
