The DMB war is raging in Korea, and the main front has been moved from phones, portable DVD players, car GPS systems and laptops to DMB PMP-TV (digital TV on the go).
This is the DMB-T450, and it seems to come with a 5MP camera, video recording function, MP3 support, (only) 512Mb of memory (to be confirmed) and a 2.5″ screen.
