KDDI and DoCoMo offer TV on their phones

after Korea, it’s Japan’s turn to offer DMB or digital TV dubbed “Wasegu” here in Japan.

The 2 big operators at this moment, DoCoMo and AU by KDDI, will start offering this service very soon.

This is the hideous P901iTV by DoCoMo, a FOMA phone that has a BIG antenna, a 2.5″ screen and you can watch about an hour and a half of TV. Dimensions of this phone are 51x27x110mm and it weighs 145g.

The W33SA by KDDI has a 16:9 screen, but further details are lacking.
