A manufacturer called CMO or Chi Mei Optoelectronics Corporation, one of the 3 biggest LCD screen suppliers, announced yesterday that they developped the first 56″ QFHD LCD TV or Quad Full High Definition 3840×2160 with 8.29 million pixels. This is like 4 times more than a regular 1920×1080 TV, and a world record.
