Flatoak unveiled PearTreeII MID platform for Developers

Tokyo-based Flatoak Corporation, Ltd. today unveiled a new MID platform for mobile device developers including OEMs, ODMs, and ISPs.
Dubbed as Peartree II, it packs Intel Atom processors Z6xx series CPU, 256MB of DDR 2 RAM, 8GB of NAND Flash memory, 5-inch WSVGA TFT screen with Touch panel, one segment TV Tuner, 5M-Pixels camera, Micro SD socket, and optional mini card slot for 3G/GSM module in a size of 144x82x21. It is capable of WiMAX, WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS and supports Linux-based Moblin and MeeGo software platforms.
No word on pricing.
