Acer Aspire Timeline 1825PT Netbook Tablet available in the UK
Acer’s latest Aspire Timeline 1825PT convertible tablet is official in the UK for about £600. As we referred in our news “New Acer Aspire 1825 & 1825PTZ Tablet Netbooks soon to embark on Europe”, the convertible tablet has indeed arrived in Europe hence we do have more insight into its specs: 11.6-inch Acer CineCrystal LED backlit multitouch panel with 1366×768 HD resolution and a 16:9 contrast ratio, Dolby Sound Room audio enhancement, Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 CPU (1.3GHz), Mobile Intel GS45 Express chipset with integrated 3D graphics, up to 8 GB of DDR3, a 250GB or 320GB of HDD, HDMI and VGA ports, 3 x USB 2.0 ports, aVGA webcam and Multi-in-1 card reader. It is capable of 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, gigabit Ethernet, and multitasking. The OS is Windows 7 Home Premium and it promises up to 8-hour battery life.
