3G capable new “CEREVO CAM live” comes with Ustream

The Japanese company Cerevo upgraded its 3G and Wi-Fi capable Cerevo CAM digital camera by adding Ustream, the live video streaming function. The new upgraded model is dubbed Cerevo Cam Live but it is also possible to upgrade the previous model as the company also released firmware update (V. 2.01).
Cerevo Cam Live retains all the specs with its predecessor including 9-megapixel CMOS sensor, up to 1,280×720p HD video shooting, 3G support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n capability, 2.4-inch LCD, a USB Port and a Micro SD card slot. In addition, it allows you to livestream videos via 3G or Wi-Fi networks for about two hours on full charge. The only thing is that the resolution is limited to 352 x 288p.
The company-announced price is around 20,000 yen and it is available on Cerevo’s online store, Amazon Japan or Japanese Online Shopping site Rakuten.
