Buffalo new external SSD now USB 3.0 friendly

We never really understood the needs of buying an external SSD drive in order to use it via USB 2.0 only… Why having an incredible and fast drive when you where limited to 480Mbps??? Fortunately, thanks to the arrival of USB 3.0 this will soon change. Indeed Buffalo decided to upgrade its line-up of external USB SSD and allow them to support USB 3.0 and its 5Gbps max speed.
Available in 64, 128 and 256GB, our SHD-PEHU3 series will be available from May 10 in Japan and will cost from 26,400 yen to 100,900 yen at first.
