Samsung also in for Google TV?

Samsung are planning to develop Google TV with Google’s operating system Android according to the newspaper Korea Herald based on their interview with a Samsung executive.
Actually this news would not come as a surprise to anyone if you put the pieces together:
In the beginning of this year upcoming Skype-enabled HDTV news popped which followed by Panasonic and LG starting to offer such TVs and then it was the turn of Samsung with the 7000 and 8000 LED HDTVs to get Skype-capable. These two series indeed have done quite well especially in their homeland if you would remember our news from a couple of weeks ago.
And in March, there dropped the news that Google are teaming up with Sony and Intel for Google TV.
So considering the success of Samsung 7000/8000/9000 series 3D Full HDTVs coming already with Samsung apps, and Sony’s initiative for Google TV, this news is not a surprise, at all. However, why would that not be a Bada (Samsung OS) TV?
